1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website, services, programs, or communications offered by Ceremonia Circle ("Ceremonia," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services or subscribe to our communications.

Ceremonia Circle is organized as a 508(c)(1)(a) faith-based organization operating at 4845 Pearl East Cir Ste 118 PMB 340373, Boulder, CO 80301-6112.

2. Services

Ceremonia Circle offers spiritual retreats, ceremonies, and related programs. Participation in our events is subject to additional agreements, waivers, and policies provided at the time of registration. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions constitutes a guarantee of availability, scheduling, or specific outcomes related to any retreat or ceremony.

3. SMS / Text Message Terms

Opt-In and Consent

When you opt in to receive text messages from Ceremonia, you will receive a confirmation message to verify your signup. By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from Ceremonia. Automated messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system (ATDS) to the mobile telephone number you provided at signup or any other number you designate.

Message frequency varies. Additional messages may be sent periodically based on your interaction with Ceremonia. Ceremonia reserves the right to alter the frequency of messages at any time and reserves the right to change the short code, phone number, or alphanumeric sender ID used to deliver messages.

Your consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchase or participation in any Ceremonia program.

Costs

Standard message and data rates may apply. Contact your mobile carrier for questions about your text or data plan. Your mobile carrier is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, and neither are carriers generally.

Cancellation / Opt-Out

To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any message or use the unsubscribe link included in our messages. Upon unsubscribing, you will receive a final confirmation message. To resume receiving messages, sign up again as you did originally.

Support

For support, email us at [email protected] or text HELP to any of our messages. If a link is included in our messages, you may also follow it for unsubscribe instructions and company information.

Number Transfer

Before changing or transferring your mobile number to another individual, you agree to either reply STOP from the original number, use the unsubscribe link in our messages, or notify us at [email protected] with your old number. This notification is a condition of using our messaging service.

Messaging Terms Changes

We reserve the right to change or terminate our messaging program at any time and to update these Messaging Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. If you do not agree to updated Messaging Terms, you should cancel your enrollment in our messaging program. Continued enrollment constitutes acceptance of any changes.

By subscribing to Ceremonia's email list through our website, event registration, or other signup forms, you consent to receive recurring marketing and informational emails from Ceremonia Circle. These may include retreat announcements, program updates, newsletters, and ceremonial offerings.

Opt-Out

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email, or by emailing us at [email protected] with "Unsubscribe" in the subject line. Please allow up to 10 business days to be removed from active lists. Transactional emails related to a confirmed registration or purchase may still be sent following unsubscription.

Ceremonia Circle sends email communications from [email protected]. We do not sell or rent your email address to third parties. All email marketing complies with the CAN-SPAM Act, including clear identification of the sender, a valid physical address, and a clear mechanism to opt out.

Participation fees for Ceremonia retreats and programs are structured as charitable donations to Ceremonia Circle, a 508(c)(1)(a) faith-based organization. Donation receipts are issued in accordance with IRS guidelines. All donation and payment policies, including cancellation and refund terms, are provided at the time of registration. Please review those terms carefully before completing your registration.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Ceremonia Circle's services, retreats, and communications are provided "as is" and without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from participation in any retreat, ceremony, or program. Participation involves inherent risks, which are disclosed and agreed to separately at the time of registration.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ceremonia Circle, its staff, facilitators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services, participation in programs, or receipt of communications.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Boulder County, Colorado.
