I went to my first ayahuasca retreat thinking it was a networking event. I came home knowing how much I had been avoiding, and I have been learning to hold that kind of work ever since.

What I do
The path here
Before Ceremonia, I worked as an entrepreneur and investor. My first retreat challenged the way I understood success and drew me toward work with people seeking more connection in their lives.
Today my work brings preparation, ceremony and integration into conversation. I teach that attention to our feelings and relationships matters before and after an experience, as much as the event itself.
On Meditative Story I share letters about family and vulnerability. On The Brave Table I talk with Neeta Bhushan about mindset, environment and integration. These are invitations to explore, rather than a prescription for anyone's path.
One thing I teach
Inner safety is how safe you feel with your own emotions. Outer safety is how safe you feel with the people and the room. Most of us were never taught the first one.
So I ask a simple question: what's that like? Then I ask it again. Somewhere in the third answer, people usually land on something new. A hard experience is a trigger that is bigger than your capacity to hold it, and capacity can be built.
