How you join

Four steps, in this order

  1. Step 1

    Connection call

Someone on our team talks it through with you. No pressure.

  2. Step 2

    Application and medical intake

You fill out both. Our nurse practitioner reviews every intake.

  3. Step 3

    Acceptance

We tell you whether this retreat fits you right now.

  4. Step 4

    Deposit

Once you are accepted, a deposit holds your place.

  • A nurse practitioner reviews every medical intake.
  • Jo Ann Forristal, a family nurse practitioner, is on site during the retreat.
  • Your prescriber leads any medication taper, and tapering often takes one to two months. Never stop or change a medication on your own.

Getting there

Travel questions

Where do I fly into for Colorado?

Denver International (DEN). The center is in Sedalia, about 45 minutes by car.

Where do I fly into for Baja?

Los Cabos International (SJD). The center is near Pescadero, in the Todos Santos area.

Do I need a visa for Mexico?

Many travelers enter Mexico as tourists without a visa. Check the rules for your passport before you book flights.

Should I get travel insurance?

We recommend it. Look for a policy with trip interruption and medical coverage.

Not sure which one fits you?
