Free course: Have a Great Trip

Prepare for plant medicine, one week at a time

A free six-week preparation course for a plant medicine ceremony or retreat. Start whenever yours is, soon or someday.

Get the free course

Six short modules. One opens each week. No cost, no card.

Who this is for

  • You have a ceremony or retreat coming up and want to get ready with care.
  • You are thinking about plant medicine and want to know what preparing involves.
  • You have been before and want a steadier approach next time.

You do not need to be booked with Ceremonia to take it.

Six modules, one each week

A new module opens every week. The lessons are short and practical.

  1. Week 1, opens when you enroll

    Start here

Why preparing matters, a simple reading plan, and how to begin a daily sit.

  2. Week 2

Capacity and two kinds of safety

Build your capacity, learn inner and outer safety, and take stock of sleep, screens and food.

  3. Week 3

    Curiosity and connection

A noticing game for curiosity, and why connection with other people matters.

  4. Week 4

Surrender, your body, who to tell

Sensation over story, breath as a safety valve, and who to tell before you go.

  5. Week 5

    Compassion and your intention

Practice compassion, set an intention, and let go of the outcome.

  6. Week 6

Parts, courage, and the final week

Meet the part of you that is nervous, ask for help, and prepare for the final week.

Questions you may have

Is it really free?
Yes. The course costs nothing, and you do not need a card to enroll.
How do the lessons arrive?
A new module opens each week for six weeks, starting the day you enroll. You work through them on the learning site, at your own pace.
When should I take it?
Six weeks is a good runway before a ceremony or retreat. If yours is further away, you can start now and keep the practices going.
Is this medical advice?
No. The course is education and practice. It is not a substitute for medical advice, and it does not replace care from your own clinician. If you take medication or have a health condition, talk with your prescriber before any ceremony.
Who do I ask about my own health?
Email info@ceremoniacircle.org. Someone on our team will reply.
Do I have to join a retreat with you?
No. The course stands on its own. If you are curious about a Ceremonia retreat, the final module explains the next step, and there is no expectation attached.
